1/2 cup buttermilk
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, ranch dressing mix, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 days.
Notes
- For a thicker ranch dressing, add 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- For a spicier ranch dressing, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
- To make a vegan ranch dressing, substitute vegan mayonnaise and buttermilk.
