Ingredients

  • 16 ounces San Giorgio lasagna noodles

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 jar (24 ounces) pasta sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.

  • Cover the baking dish with foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the lasagna is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
