Ingredients
1 pound ground pork

Pork casings, cleaned
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, onion, garlic, caraway seeds, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Stuff the mixture into the pork casings.

Notes
