Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour batter over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is set.
- Let cheesecake cool completely before removing from pan.
Notes
