These keto french toast muffins are soft, fluffy, and flavorful. They are made with a simple batter of eggs, cream cheese, and almond flour, and they are flavored with cinnamon. The muffins are baked until golden brown, and they are perfect for breakfast or a snack.


  • 8 eggs

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 2 tablespoons allulose granular

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, baking powder, cinnamon, almond flour, allulose, and baking soda. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
