  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 1/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
